Stay safe on Solana.

The habits that keep scammers away from your wallet.

Hard hat on.

Five habits cover most of what goes wrong for people new to crypto.

Use official links only

Scammers copy real sites and post look-alike links in replies and DMs. Open Printer from printerlaunch.com or the Official links page, and bookmark it.

Nobody needs your recovery phrase

Printer, wallet teams and moderators will never ask for it, never DM you first about a problem and never need remote access to your device.

Read before you sign

If a request asks to send more than you expect, to hand over a token or NFT you did not choose, or comes from a site you did not open yourself, reject it.

Check a coin before you buy

Look at how the supply is spread across holders, the liquidity and whether anyone can still mint or freeze the token. Tools like RugCheck help, but no check makes a memecoin safe. Only use money you can afford to lose.

Keep a second wallet for experiments

Hold long-term assets in one wallet and use another for new sites, airdrops and testing. If something goes wrong there, your main wallet is untouched.

General information, not financial advice. Crypto prices move fast; only use money you can afford to lose.
